So when I was a kid I loved to color, well many years ago I picked it back up. I think it was when I became stage IV MBC because I was stressing out. Coloring is one of the things besides photography that relaxes me. I have over 50 adult coloring books, colored pencils, markers & gel pens. I use them all to color unless there is a picture on the backside of the page. It is a lot of fun to do & you forget you where stressed. Most people think coloring is just for kids but not anymore.
I take the page out of the book & place it on a clipboard which I found out makes it easier to color in. You can be very creative when coloring & there is no wrong way to color. With coloring you can play with colors that you think normally do not go together & fine out the do. So next time you get stress trying coloring it does help. I have had my blood pressure taken before & after coloring what a difference it makes. My doctor even says it does help many people with stress. You can even get coloring apps they work just as well.
